About Emily

Emily Belfrage.

I have a degree in Applied Psychology and a masters in Social Work. I spent many years as a family social worker, specializing in support for mothers.

I am a mother of three (with three very different births). After the birth of my first I became passionate about the whole area of pregnancy, birth and parenthood. This passion has led me to travel extensively in search of the best educators and training in and around the area of pregnancy and birth.

My work and classes are a unique collation of my varied training, my own experience of 9 years working with mothers and fathers on their journey to parenthood and my own personal passion for this profound and life-changing process of bringing new life into this world of ours.
