L.D - first time mother in Galway Hospital

Excerpt from e-mail:

...he is doing well and I am really feeling great...everyday I get stronger and stronger and every day I am more and more thrilled by how positive my labour was...I keep remembering things and the whole picture starts to make more and more sense. It was beautiful - the whole thing...and I really want to do anything I can to spread the word and help others have the same pain free birth. 

Being able to deliver Fionn naturally to be honest was a HUGE challenge for me and now that I have done it I feel like superwoman..I feel so in touch with my own body and so at peace with the world.....I just can't explain how it has changed me ....I will not be so afraid anymore of things as I know I have the power within me to control the way I perceive events and potential painful situations. You have given me one of the greatest gifts of all - that of knowing myself better. 

I couldn't have done it without you and the Birth Without Fear course as i would never have believed I had it in me without your support....he is such a great little guy and I am sure that my quick and calm labour and my positive outlook throughout the pregnanancy rubbed off on him.
