Birthtide provides pregancy and birth related services in and around Galway County.
These include: Birth Without Fear: natural/holistic birth preparation classes (incorporating the best of hypnobirthing and Birthing From Within tools).
We can also provide individual sessions uniquely tailored for your situation. This might include debriefing from a previous difficult birth, dissolving of fears, anxieties and worries or a holistic package of birth preparation.
For after your baby arrives there is on-going support both in the home and in the form of baby massage classes.
Birthtide is run by Emily Belfrage, an experienced pregnancy, labour and birth support (doula) both in hospital and at home.
Pregnancy, labour, birth and welcoming a new person into our lives is one of the most profound, life changing and important stages of our lives. It can take us on a rollercoaster of a ride that can be exstatic and exciting and scarey and daunting. Birthtide is here to go some way to easing, supporting, understanding and celebrating this change with you.
